Gianna was hands down the best investment we made in our wedding. From day one she alleviated so much stress off our plates and ran with every direction and detail we requested. She took my Pinterest visions and brought them to life with my vendors. For 14 months we stayed in contact monthly, with more frequent touch points as the wedding came closer. She came to all my vendor visits with me and was on all my detailed calls with vendors. I had a 350 attendee wedding with many events throughout the day. The flow of the day was flawless and on time till the end. Not only did Gianna cater to me and my husband at the wedding, but she also was asking our parents if they needed anything, which they really appreciated. Gianna coordinated all of the vendor drop off and pick ups so that I truly did not have to think about anything. I literally just had to show up. Our whole family commented on how Gianna was there the entire day and was the last person to leave the reception after 1am. Not only was Gianna wonderful but all of her assistants were fantastic! Emma stayed with me (the bride) the entire wedding day and helped me with anything I needed. Lindsay was at the grooms house and helped the boys get ready and even helped cut sandwiches and serve lunch to guests. Their help was invaluable. My husband agrees we would book Gianna ten times over again and encourages all of his friends who get engaged to hire a wedding planner. Phil and I planned our wedding in Buffalo from Denver, and Gianna and her team alleviated so much stress that I highly recommend her services as early as possible in planning, especially if you’re out of town! I say “as early as possible,” after having an amazing wedding, but there were things I could think of that Gianna would have helped us a lot with had we hired her even earlier. She and her team really look out for your wants and needs, and they go above and beyond what might be considered the typical duties of a wedding planner. For example, we had a couple of family members at the wedding in need of mobility assistance, and Gianna helped us get that assistance lined up before the big day. This is just one example of many of our non-standard “asks.” It’s a given Gianna will get you to having a beautiful day, (working with vendors and making the room beautiful seemed to be the easy stuff for her). You could hire Gianna for that for sure, but I would say it is her team’s reliability, professionalism and willingness to help with the odd things that come up for the couple that really made us thankful we had her help. We couldn’t imagine going through the wedding process without Gianna. From day one she was organized, proactive, and extremely personable. Gianna understood our vision and delivered the most beautiful vision board. She truly brought our dreams to life and exceeded all expectations. Weddings by Gianna deserves 5 stars and more! I hired Gianna for my first daughter’s wedding in 2020 and knew I could not plan a second wedding without her assistance! She and her assistant Lindsey went above and beyond for my daughter’s wedding. With their help, both myself and the mother of the groom, were able to enjoy EVERY aspect of the day! They provided anything and everything we needed. Gianna has a calm, and pleasant demeanor. She is kind, very professional, organized, and pays attention to detail. She was very patient with all our questions during the planning process. She was on point answering all our emails. Gianna’s preparation for my daughter’s wedding provided not only the perfect day, but also provided me the gift of reduced stress. I highly recommend Weddings by Gianna!
